Who is Buezli for?
For businesses that sell their time: agencies, consultancies, freelancers and other service teams of about one to ten people. It works for larger teams too, but it's designed to stay simple.
Is Buezli an alternative to Harvest?
Yes. Buezli covers the same core routine: tracking time on client projects, invoicing it and following up on payments. It has one yearly price per user without usage fees. Harvest has more integrations and native apps. The Harvest comparison page goes through the differences.
Which currencies and languages does Buezli support?
Invoices and estimates can be in CHF, EUR or USD and in German, English, French or Italian. Each client keeps its own currency and document language.
Does my business need to be in Switzerland?
No. Buezli works for service businesses anywhere, with invoices in CHF, EUR or USD. Swiss QR bills are an extra for Swiss accounts that invoice in CHF.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The trial runs for 30 days without a payment method. If you decide to continue, you subscribe for CHF 99 per active user per year.
Does Buezli replace my accounting software?
No. Buezli handles time, estimates, invoices and payments. Your bookkeeping stays in your accounting software or with your accountant.
