When a Toggl alternative makes sense

Toggl, formerly Toggl Track, is known for its timer. It adds apps for every platform, planning and capacity tools, and a free plan for up to three users. If tracking and planning time is the main job, Toggl does it well.

Its invoicing is basic. Toggl creates a PDF from a report that you edit each time. The invoice isn't stored, isn't sent from Toggl and has no payment status. In Buezli, invoices are numbered documents that you send by email, follow up on and mark as paid, next to the estimates and hours they came from.

Moving from Toggl to Buezli
