buezli.app is made by Codegestalt GmbH in Liestal, Switzerland. We track our own time, send our own invoices and get paid with it every day, using the same screens, rules and price as everyone else.
How it started
We did not build buezli.app from a market study. We needed it ourselves.

A renewal that did not add up
Harvest handled part of our workflow for years. Then the annual cost quoted for our account was due to rise within three days from roughly 200 to roughly 2,000, about ten times as much.

A surprisingly short list
We wrote down what we actually use: clients, projects and tasks, durations instead of running timers, billable and internal time kept apart, estimates, invoices with a Swiss QR payment part, PDFs and client links, payments.

Tenant zero, without a shortcut
Codegestalt became the first real workspace in buezli.app. There is no internal mode: if an invoicing step is awkward or a PDF looks wrong, we are the first to feel it.

Before the public launch we had already sent more than ten real client invoices with buezli.app. Today all our projects and time live in the same workspace you would use.
