A timesheet built around the week
Most people fill in their hours at the end of the day or the week. The weekly grid shows every project and task as a row, so a full week takes a few minutes. Type 1:30 or 1.5, whichever you prefer.
- Every entry belongs to a client, a project and a task, with an optional note.
- Whether time is billable follows from the project and the task, so nobody has to remember it.
- A day view is there when you want to write notes for single entries.
The right hourly rate on every entry
Choose for each project whether the rate comes from the project, the task or the person doing the work. Buezli saves the rate with each entry, so a later price change doesn't rewrite hours you've already tracked.
- Time and materials, fixed-fee and non-billable projects are all tracked the same way.
- Owners and managers can correct rates or mark entries as not billable in bulk.

See where the hours went
Time reports add up hours by client, project, task or teammate and separate billable from non-billable work. When a client asks what they're paying for, the detailed report lists every entry with its note.
- Summaries by client, project, task or teammate.
- A detailed report with every entry and note.
- Team utilization compared with each person's weekly capacity.

Billable hours flow into the invoice
Hours that haven't been billed yet wait in one list, together with billable expenses. Select what belongs on the next invoice and Buezli creates a draft, grouped by task, by project or entry by entry. The entries are marked as billed in the same step, so nothing is invoiced twice.
- Choose between detailed lines and a summary per task or project.
- Discarding an unsent draft releases its hours again.

Questions and answers
Is there a running timer?
No. Buezli is built for entering durations: you type how long you worked on a task, at the end of the day or for the whole week. AI coding agents are the exception, they record their own start and end through the MCP connection.
Can I track fixed-fee and non-billable projects?
Yes. Every project has a type: time and materials, fixed fee or non-billable. You track time the same way in all three, and reports keep billable and non-billable hours apart.
How does my team track time?
Everyone with an active membership tracks their own time. Owners and managers see the whole team's hours in the reports and can correct entries there.
Is Buezli a working-hours or attendance tracker?
No. Buezli records time spent on client work so that it can be billed. It doesn't record start and end times or breaks, which some countries require for employees' working-time records.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Buezli runs in the browser, on the desktop as well as on your phone.
What does it cost?
Time tracking, invoicing, estimates and everything else is included for CHF 99 per active user per year. You can try it for 30 days without a credit card.
