Questions and answers
Is there a free version for freelancers?
No. You can try everything for 30 days without a credit card, then it's CHF 99 per year. If you only need one invoice now and then, the free invoice generator on this site creates a PDF without an account.
Is Buezli a freelance time tracker with a timer?
No. You enter how long you worked, at the end of the day or the week. That suits people who plan their day in blocks. If you want to start and stop a clock, a timer app will suit you better.
Can I create Swiss QR bills?
Yes, for invoices in CHF when your account is based in Switzerland. Add your IBAN or QR-IBAN and address, and the QR bill is printed on the invoice PDF.
Can I invoice clients in other countries?
Yes. Each client has a currency, CHF, EUR or USD, and a document language, German, English, French or Italian. Invoices and estimates follow those settings.
What happens when I hire someone?
Invite them by email. They track their own time, and you pay CHF 99 per year for each active user. Nothing needs to be moved or set up again.
