Record payments and see what's still open
Record each payment when it arrives, including partial payments. Payments are kept as separate entries next to the invoice, so the open balance is always current. The receivables report sorts unpaid invoices by how many days they're overdue.

Your client's currency and language
Each client has a currency and a document language. Invoices follow them, in CHF, EUR or USD and in German, English, French or Italian. Buezli numbers your invoices in sequence and adds your logo, address and VAT number to every PDF.
- Clients abroad get invoices in their own currency and language.
- Swiss accounts can add a QR bill to CHF invoices.

Questions and answers
Can I create Swiss QR bills?
Yes, if your account is based in Switzerland and the invoice is in CHF. Add your IBAN or QR-IBAN and the account holder's address, and every CHF invoice gets a payment part with a QR code. With a QR-IBAN Buezli uses a QR reference, otherwise a creditor reference.
Does Buezli send payment reminders?
No. The receivables report shows which invoices are overdue and by how many days. You follow up with your clients yourself.
Can clients pay invoices online by card?
No. Buezli doesn't process payments. Your clients pay by bank transfer as usual, and you record the payment in Buezli.
Does Buezli create e-invoices?
No. Buezli creates PDF invoices and sends them by email or as a secure link. Structured formats such as Peppol, XRechnung or ZUGFeRD are not supported.
Is Buezli accounting software?
No. Buezli handles invoices and payments. Bookkeeping stays in your accounting software or with your accountant. Invoices and payments are also available through a read-only API.
How much does the invoicing software cost for a freelancer?
A freelancer working alone pays CHF 99 per year. Teams pay CHF 99 per active user per year. Invoicing, estimates, time tracking and everything else are included, and you can try it for 30 days without a credit card.
