Recurring billing on your schedule
A recurring invoice template holds the client, the line items, tax, discount and payment terms. Choose how often it repeats, every few weeks, months or years, and on which day. Set an end date for a fixed-term contract or leave it open.

Drafts first, nothing is sent automatically
On the scheduled day Buezli creates an invoice draft from the template. The draft waits in your invoice list until you've checked it. Change a line or add one, then send it by email or secure link.
- Nothing reaches your client before you've reviewed the draft.
- Editing a draft doesn't change the template.
- Edit the template to change every future draft.

Questions and answers
Are recurring invoices sent automatically?
No. Buezli creates a draft on the scheduled day. You review it and send it yourself, by email or as a secure link.
Can I bill a monthly retainer with recurring invoices?
Yes, as a fixed amount per month, quarter or year. Buezli doesn't keep a retainer balance or count hours against it. Extra hours you track are invoiced separately.
Can Buezli charge my clients' cards automatically?
No. Buezli doesn't collect payments. Your clients pay by bank transfer, and you record the payment on the invoice.
Can an invoice go out on the last day of the month?
Yes. Choose end of month and Buezli uses the last day, whether the month has 28, 30 or 31 days.
Can I pause a recurring invoice?
Yes. A paused template creates no drafts until you resume it. If a contract ends on a known date, set an end date instead.
What do recurring invoices cost?
