Questions and answers
Is Buezli agency management software?
Partly. Buezli covers time tracking, project budgets, estimates, invoices and payments. It doesn't plan who works on what next week, and it has no task boards, CRM or accounting. Many small agencies keep a separate tool for planning and use Buezli for everything that ends on an invoice.
Can we track time on fixed-fee projects?
Yes. A fixed-fee project is tracked like any other, and its hours count against the project budget. That shows how much of the agreed fee the work has already used up.
How do we know a project is running over budget?
Set a budget in hours or fees on the project. Buezli emails you when the project passes the threshold, 80% by default, and the project dashboard shows how the hours developed week by week.
What does agency time tracking cost for a team of eight?
CHF 792 per year, which is 8 × CHF 99, billed annually. You only pay for active users. When a freelancer finishes working with you, archive them and they stop counting.
Can our clients see what they're paying for?
