Who is responsible
Codegestalt GmbH is responsible for its own processing around buezli.app. Where a business enters personal data in its workspace, that business is generally responsible and Codegestalt processes the data on its behalf.
Data we process
This includes account, business and user details, together with content entered into buezli.app, such as clients, contacts, projects, time, expenses, estimates, invoices, payments and uploaded files.
Visiting and signing in also produces necessary technical data such as the time, IP address, browser details and session information.
Why we need the data
We use the data to provide buezli.app, protect access, generate documents, send messages, provide support, fix problems and meet legal obligations.
Services and cookies
We use carefully selected providers for operation, storage, email delivery and platform billing. Transactional email is delivered through Postmark; workspace subscriptions and related payments are processed through Stripe. Data may also be processed abroad; we require appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
buezli.app uses a technically necessary session cookie for sign-in. We currently use no analytics or marketing cookies.
Security and retention
We protect data with access controls, encryption and backups. We retain it only for as long as it is needed for the service, the agreement or legal obligations. It is then deleted or anonymised; backup copies expire within their limited retention period.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, delivery or deletion and may object to or restrict processing where applicable law provides these rights. Contact sali@buezli.app. If your request concerns data in a buezli.app customer’s workspace, it is usually best to contact that business first.
