Getting started

buezli.app separates your personal login from your business workspace. Language, time zone and profile stay personal, while clients, projects and documents belong to the business.

Create a workspace and sign in

Registration creates your user account, first workspace and owner membership together. buezli.app then guides you through the essential business details used on estimates and invoices. If you forget your password, request a link from the sign-in page that remains valid for 30 minutes.

Choose your interface language during registration and set the default client-document language separately. Before confirming, you can return to signup and correct a mistyped email address. To prevent abuse, a confirmation email is sent at most once every 15 minutes.
Add a logo, payment details, default notes, and other options later under Settings → Invoicing.
Next create a client, then create a project for that client. An active project is the basis for time and expense entries.
If you belong to multiple workspaces, choose the business you want after signing in.
Resetting your password ends every existing session. Sign in again with the new password on each device.

Move quickly through daily work

The left navigation follows the workflow: track, organize, bill and review. The round quick actions create time, an expense or an invoice directly.

On small screens, the menu button opens the same navigation as a sidebar.
Open table records through their row; additional actions live in the three-dot menu.
Unavailable actions remain visible. Hover over them or focus them with the keyboard to see why they are unavailable.
Expired links and temporary technical problems show a clear error page in the familiar interface. From there, return to the relevant starting point or contact support directly.

Profile, language and time zone

Your profile stores name, email address, photo, telephone, interface language, time zone and password. New signups confirm their email address before entering the workspace. When you change your email address later, your current sign-in remains active until you confirm the link sent to the new address.

A new password is saved only when its confirmation matches.
Changing interface language does not change client documents that already exist.
Without a personal time zone, buezli.app uses the workspace time zone.
