Track time and expenses
Track time
buezli.app deliberately records completed durations instead of running timers. Every entry belongs to a user, date, project and task and may include a note.
01
Day view and individual entries
Use arrows, the calendar or weekday strip to choose a date. Create time with duration, project, task, note and billable state.
- Enter durations in familiar hours-and-minutes form and edit them later.
- Delete unbilled time entries on active projects from day view. Billed, invoiced or project-archived entries remain protected.
- Managers can view another user’s calendar and correct entries they are allowed to manage.
02
Edit a week as a grid
Week view lays out project tasks as rows and weekdays as columns. Add or change multiple durations in one step; use the note icon to add a note directly to a new entry.
- Enter hours as a clock value or decimal. On leaving the field, for example, 2 becomes 2:00 and 1.5 becomes 1:30. An orange dot marks cells with unsaved changes until you save the grid.
- Cells containing multiple or protected records link to day view instead of merging them.
03
Billable, billed and protected
A time entry stores the billability, hourly rate and cost rate effective when it was created. Ordinary note, duration or date edits preserve them; moving the entry to another project or task recalculates them. Once linked to an invoice it is protected.
- Filter the detailed time report by client, project, task, user, billability and billing state.
- Managers can filter missing or changed rates, then recalculate eligible uninvoiced entries, set an explicit rate in the entries' exact currency, clear a rate or mark entries non-billable in bulk. Project edits offer the same recalculation as an unchecked opt-in action.
