Team and settings

Managers administer the team, project access and business settings. Members capture their work and see the projects assigned to them.

Invite users and assign roles

Under Team, invite users by email and set role, weekly capacity and contact details. Invitations use a secure link for account activation.

  • Owners and managers administer clients, projects, and billing; members work within their assignments.
  • Archive users who leave so historical time and documents remain intact.

Rates and project access

Each membership can have a default billable rate, cost rate, project assignments and project-manager assignments. Projects can manage the same relationships.

  • Weekly capacity is the basis for meaningful utilization.
  • Only assigned users can track time and expenses on a restricted project.
  • Marking a user as project manager automatically assigns them to the project. Removing the assignment also removes project-manager status. Workspace-wide permissions still follow the user’s role.

Invoicing and delivery defaults

Settings hold logo, sender, VAT number, currency, tax, payment terms, IBAN and default notes. Separate templates control email subject and message.

  • Document language and client currency can be overridden per client and again per document.
  • Client email leaves from notifications@buezli.app with your profile name and confirmed profile address selected by default. Add and confirm other sender names and reply-to addresses under Document delivery, then choose one before sending an invoice or estimate.
  • Adapt the email subject and delivery message to your tone using variables for workspace, client, contact, document number, amount and public link.
  • The Developer area and API access token management are temporarily available only to buezli.app platform administrators. The public API documentation continues to describe every published version.
  • The buezli.app subscription has a separate owner-only settings area for team seats, payment details, buezli.app invoices, and cancellation. Invoices you send to clients remain separate.
