Reports and data access
Understand reports
Reports answer different questions: where time went, what is billable, what was invoiced and which amounts remain open. Filters update every displayed metric and record.
01
Time summary and detail
The time summary shows hours, billable share, billable amount and uninvoiced amount. Analyze by client, project, task or user and open individual records in the detailed report when needed.
- Choose week, semimonth, month, quarter, year, all time or a custom period.
- Stored time values remain in the time report regardless of later project-type changes. Fixed-fee revenue comes from project-attributed invoice lines, while fixed-fee hours still count toward utilization. Every data cell opens the detailed report with matching filters.
02
Detailed expense report
Review project costs by client, project, category, user and date, then follow their billing state and related receipts.
- Totals stay separated by currency instead of applying an invented conversion.
- Select several expenses to correct their billing state together. Open an expense when you need to review its details or receipt.
03
Invoicing reports
Invoiced lists invoices for a year, Payments lists receipts, Receivables ages open balances, and Uninvoiced summarizes open time and expenses by client and project.
- Filter invoices by year, client and status. Payments have a separate report that can also be filtered by year and client.
- Age bands 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and 90+ days are based on due date. Every data cell opens the related invoice, client or filtered invoice preparation; hour links retain the selected client, project and period.
