Create estimates

Estimates cover the path from proposal to client decision. Deliver them, let the client accept or decline, and then convert accepted work to an invoice draft.

Build an estimate

Choose client, date, subject, currency and document language. You can create a missing client directly in the editor. Then add line items, tax, discount and notes.

New estimates start with current workspace defaults. Before saving, check currency, tax and document language and adapt them for this client.
Before delivery, use the preview to check recipient details, line items, tax, discount and total.

Deliver and collect a decision

Email an estimate with a personal message, share its secure link, or send the PDF elsewhere and mark it sent.

Select one or more suitable client contacts as recipients.
The public view lets the client accept or decline; opens and messages remain in history.
If the client answered outside buezli.app, mark the estimate accepted or declined yourself. You can change that decision later; a draft is saved first.

Accept, convert or reuse

Convert an accepted estimate to an invoice draft. Client, currency, language, subject, notes, discount, taxes and line items carry over.

Sent and accepted estimates remain editable so you can correct mistakes directly. buezli.app does not create separate document versions.
Review invoice date and payment terms in the new draft before delivery.
Only drafts can be deleted; delivered estimates remain business history.
