Subscription and workspace

Every new workspace can try buezli.app for 30 days without a credit card. An owner only starts the annual subscription when the team wants to continue afterwards.

Try everything for 30 days without a card

The trial begins when the workspace is created. It includes all product features and does not ask for payment details at signup. Owners receive email reminders before it expires.

After expiry, subscription settings remain available while the rest of the workspace is locked until a subscription starts.
The annual subscription costs CHF 99 / user / year. Before checkout, the subscription page shows the active user count and the resulting annual price.

Manage subscription and payment details

Start the subscription under Settings → Subscription. Afterwards, use the same page to manage payment details, buezli.app invoices, and cancellation.

Checkout starts with the number of active users. If all paid seats are later occupied, inviting another user opens Stripe's seat management directly for an owner.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already paid annual period. The workspace remains available until then.

Delete or restore a workspace

Only owners can schedule a workspace for deletion. buezli.app cancels an existing subscription and moves the workspace to trash for 90 days.

During those 90 days, an owner can restore the workspace from the workspace chooser.
After the displayed deletion date, business data, documents and files are permanently removed. Save anything you still need first.
